Wtf is going on

I'm so freaking confused! It says I'm ovulating this week, and today (4/21/18) we had sex then afterwards I started spotting. I thought ok...he was a little rough 😜 but it's ok. A few hours later I started my....PERIOD 😩😩 now the chart says I won't be ovulating until May 3rd. What is wrong with me ? My periods are never constant and now some ladies are stressing me out saying I could have pcos. I went to the doctors and had blood drawn and they said everything is ok, but I just don't know what to do anymore ☹️
