Bleeding

Quick question: last week I had unprotected sex and had taken 3 birth control pills in one day followed by a plan b the next day so I know I messed up my body’s whole cycle. And I’m sorry for the TMI but I just want to clarify this to put my mind at ease. On this past Friday I received very little red/dark brown spotting folllowed by a heavier flow today of bright red/brown blood. I just want to make sure this is my period? Because when I looked it up on google (never a good choice!) it said it could be implantation bleeding. So sorry this is dumb, but this is my period right?
