Implantation bleeding or early miscarriage?

So my fiancé and I are trying to get pregnant. We had sex on the 19th and this morning when I got off of work (I work overnights) I had cramping. I didn’t think anything of it and just went to bed. When I woke up I went to the restroom, wiped and there was a medium amount of light pink blood with a tiny clot. I also have PCOS so clotting is normal for me.

I figured it was just my period starting early but now when I wipe there’s literally just a light pink dot on the tissue paper and I’m still somewhat cramping.

Does anyone know what this could be?
