Help! Low progesterone.

I’m currently pregnant with my second baby, with my first I had to start progesterone right away because my numbers barely even showed that I ovulated. Since then my husband joined the military and I’m now being seen on post... they will not check my progesterone levels. I went and got some natural progesterone cream (emerita) and I plan on taking it. I’ve looked online and it sais you can not have to much progesterone but at the same time I’m a little worried about it because what if I don’t need it. I have pcos and it is associated with low progesterone levels. My doctors won’t see me or help me at all and I’m trying to find another dr but I’m the mean time does anyone know if to much progesterone can harm my baby? I don’t want to miscarry if I do need it again but I also don’t want to put my baby at any risk.
