Starting a Business
So my husband and I are wanting to get into the wholesaling business. Basically getting properties under contract and then flipping that contract to a real estate investor or buyer. I’ve one quite a bit of research and I could see it being lucrative for us but I’m scared. Anyone in this business? Tips?
