No sex drive, low on energy, possible AdrenaL fatigue

I have had such bad fatigue this last month I don’t know what to do. I have no energy and no sex drive and that alone is kind of making me depressed. I don’t know how to get my sex drive back? I’ve been to dr and they say I have AdrenaL fatigue but I don’t know if that’s just it. What hormones should I get blood work done on for my sex drive? Not pregnant I’m just ending my period.
