Middle name for boy

We won't know the gender until birth. We already have a girl name picked out, but we need a boy name just in case. We want to pass down our middle names, but we already used my husband's middle name with our first. If we have another boy, we need a middle name. It would be nice to use a family name. My dad's name is Paul Robert, so we could use either of those. My middle name is Jean, and I'm not sure if that works for a boy or not. We still aren't set on a first name, but so far Wesley is high on the list. What do you think?
