pregnant?

ok well I had my tubes tied 5yrs ago after I had my son. my husband and I had intercourse 3 times during my ovulation week, 2wks later I got my period, well wat I thought was a period, it was just light red spotting that lasted two days and stopped. I figured it was implantation bleeding but my tubes are tied🤔...the past few days (2wks after the bleeding) I have been having sore breasts, nausea, abdominal cramping, frequent urination...all signs of pregnancy but I know I cant have a baby😔 (which I really want now)...so my question is, should I still take a test? could my tubes possibly have grown back together?...could I be pregnant?
