help please

Okay so I am now 17 days late! cramping on and off all the time like I am going to start Af. when I was 7 days late I took two dollar store both neg. I have regular cycles 32 day cycle I have only been late like 2 times out of a year and that's only like 2 days late. The two test is all I have taken. I have been taking vitex for three months now to help with co section and staying pregnant if I did conceive. symptoms are nausea, period cramping, 17 days late.
