Weird discharge

Hi guys so I’ve had discharge that looks like this for like years now (I’m 16) and sometimes it’s less than this picture or more but I don’t know if I should go to the doctor about it. In the summer or when I do a lot of exercise it’s like this within a couple hours of wearing new pants so I’m starting to have to wear small pads in my pants like every day and it’s really annoying me. Please, any help would be appreciated :)))
