Energy at work
Does anyone have any tips on getting some energy at work?? I'm 29 weeks, I work at a desk. I snack on healthy foods and drink tonnes of water, I'm also up twice an hour up and down stairs to the wash room. But since starting third trimester I have NO energy and it seems worse when I'm working (I literally nod off at my desk briefly)
Is there anything I can do or is this just how it's gonna be??
(My iron levels are fine)
