we found condom wraps...!!

so I was cleaning and decluttering my closet. I had a pile of clothes that I was donating and there was a really old denim jacket that I have not worn in like 6 years on top of the pile. my partner grabbed it and was looking at it when he reached into a pocket and pulled out a few condom wrappers that I didn't even knew they were there, they were from my previous relationship. and for some reason idkw they were there.. and know he thinks I cheated on him. I explained to him, but I think he doesn't believe me.. what can I do..what should I do.
