Is an Ivy League worth applying to?

I’ve got a 3.9 (unweighted) GPA, I’ll be headed into French 6 Honors, Spanish 4 Honors (so completely fluent in French and nearly fluent in Spanish), and English 12 Honors, I do dance, theatre, and tennis at my school, and I’m thinking of doing Biology Honors too. I’ve also got 160+ hours of service credit and lived in France for a year (although I’m a native-born American), I’m pretty sure my teachers would give me positive recommendations if I asked... I’m a Caucasian female. Is that Ivy-League worthy, or should I set my sights a bit lower? I only ask because a lot of my family has gone in the past.
