Implantation or Ovulation bleeding

Hey guys. So today is Day 14 in my cycle.. Yes it's ovulation day.. So I had sex last Tuesday just after my Af finished which I know is impossible to ovulate right after.. But I had sex last night and woke up this morning to alot of cm like alot and it had pinkish blood in it. Defo not from rough sex. Anybody else had This? I dunno is it ovulation bleeding? I should say I'm new to all this 2nd month off birth control. Anything you guys can think of would be a great help 😁
