11 days late???

So I was 10 days late so I went to the doctor, they did a urine pregnancy test, and did an ultrasound. I saw 3 sacs. ( she let me see what she was doing and told me she was looking at my uterus right now) And they said that I had no gestational sac. Now I’ve never missed a period except when I was pregnant with my 9 month old. My period has been consistent since the day I gave birth. 3-14-18 was my last period. And I’ve had negative pregnancy test. When is right for me too test again could I be way to early?? I’m bloated as hell. That’s pretty much the only “symptom “
