Ketones only help you lose weight if your body produces them because it is in nutritional ketosis, which is caused by eating less than 20 g of carbs a day.  It’s a a byproduct of the helpful metabolic process, not the catalyst of it.  Taking ketones won’t do anything.

I wouldn’t trust anything that doesn’t give the percentages of how much of each ingredient is in there. It’s probably mainly caffeine which is what most fat burners are made of. Be careful, that can cause major heart issues.

Side note, I took hydroxy cut for a not even a full month and lost 10 pounds... But not sure how healthy it is
