doc test vs hpt

I went to the doctor this morning to confirm I'm pregnant. The nurse did the first urine test and came back within secs saying it was negative. I told her I had a positive hpt yesterday (brought it with me to show her just in case) so she did it again. came back 5 mins later and said both came back positive. faint, but there. Anybody else have this happen!? Got blood drawn and waiting on results.
