5 days late BFN

Five days late with bfn. Lots of pressure in lower abdomen and right ovary. Almost like light cramping. Had brown spotting from 4/19-4/22. No red blood at all which had never happened. Cervix is very very high and soft. I can barely reach it. AF should’ve arrived 4/22. Currently have creamy CM, extreme fatigue, off/on tender beasts, nausea, dizziness, dull aching in lower abdomen, pinching around belly button, and a UTI. I’m 1400 miles from home, so my OB said to just come for beta HCG when I get back Monday, but should I go ahead and go to convenient care to nip the UTI in the bud and get a BHCG? Either the UTI or possible pregnancy are making my back hurt. I’ve had a couple vvvfl FRER, but I won’t believe until I see 2 definite lines.
