Help! 😞

I’m suppose to be 8weeks pregnant according to my last period I went to a clinic to conform and they agreed with my math. On Tuesday I started to bleed at work right away I left and went straight to the hospital 4 hours later and all they said was that it was to early to tell anything. Today I finally had an appointment with the obgyn and he said according to the ultra sound I’m just 4 weeks! Like how is that possible?? I’m still bleeding and the cramps are getting worse

Is it tissue?? 😞😞😞 if I’m losing this baby I really bought I’ll be able to get over it and try again but I really don’t want to go sit at the hospital another 4 hours idk what to do anymore.
