Best Friend breakup while pregnant

Anyone else experience a friend that suddenly started being distant while you were pregnant? I lost my son last year at 18 weeks and I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby girl. My best friend that was constantly at my house and with me starting getting distant when I was pregnant with my son and now she flat out ignores my texts and calls. We have mutual friends so it’s a little awkward. I just want to know why, but I guess I probably never will. Anyone else have this happen? She is single and I knew things would change but I didn’t think she would stop talking to me completely.
