Is this gender neutral enough?

I'm pretty sure I'm having a boy, so we're tying to configure what the nursery set up will be, as we also currently have a 13 month old. This is my daughters current room. Would it pass as a boys room if we were to move her out and give her a new big girl room? The cot will be going to the newborn either way, as I don't see the point in buying a second cot while the eldest will be growing out of it. I guess because it was made for my daughter I'm struggling to see it as a boys space 😩
