Need your advice and help

Hi Glow family! I need some advice and personal stories that you have gone through. We have been ttc for over 2 years now. We started seeing a fertility specialist 7 months ago. We did 4 IUI’s. 2nd IUI ended in CP. This last IUI I had 4 matured follicles and DH has 100M SC. I really thought we had great odds and it was going to work but it didn’t! 😞 a few questions I have 1. Should we go right into IVF? 2. Should we go get a second opinion 3. Did anyone do IVF after an IUI, what was your experience and results? I appreciate all your help! 🙏🏼
