Brainfog, dizziness and nosebleed

So today is weird. I’m suffering since over a year from extreme anxiety. Anyways everyone tells me my symptoms come from that, including the doctors.

So I have daily Brainfog, that is consistent and is there 24/7. Also extreme brainzaps and dizzyspells.. I’ve seen an ENT and a Neurologist. Nothing. But today is weird.

I was sitting there, not doing anything getting dizzy and from one second to a mother I had a runny nose, well I thought it was one... so I’m sitting there and realize is blood.... I’m seriously worried now...
