Can amoxicillin be mixed with juice ?

My one year old won’t take her medicine for her ear infection. And she doesn’t drink milk so can it be mixed with juice/water ? Thank you in advance.

I’m a nurse and yes, you can mix it with juice or applesauce. We do it for our patients all the time. 
If you mix it with anything, make sure it’s a amount that you’ll know she’ll finish. You don’t want to mix it with 8oz of juice and then she only drinks half. If you mix it with applesauce, scoop out a smaller amount, don’t mix it into the whole container.
