Sex first time

So I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend. We have been together for a year now, & we decided we were ready. So it was really great, we were so comfortable and it all flowed so naturally. Problem is there was no condom. He did not cum inside me at all, however still worried. I was on the pill and missed it two days, I have PCOS , & i just got off my period. What are the chances of me getting pregnant? I know it depends on everyones body but I usually miss periods every other month. Will it make a difference if I get back on my birth control pills the day after ?
