newly married

okay the last time my SO and I had sex was last month. He so badly wanted to do stuff when we got married (last sarurday) and a couple days after but I started my period the day of our wedding and didn't want to do anything because it would be messy, super heavy flow at night. So when I got off I let him know but all he said was 'sounds good' So I asked him when we were gonna have sex again and he said i dunno when I feel like it. But I'll try to initiate it by kissing him and by trying to give him a hand job to get it started but when my hand goes down there he moves it and stops kissing me. He tells me he wants me to initiate it because it's a turn on for him but every time I do he turns me down? WTH?? 😔
