Mirena IUD questions

So I’ve had Mirena for about a year now (I had it put in about three months after my 2nd son was born.) I’ve never had regular periods with it. And for a few months I’ve been getting unbelievably nauseated with horrible cramps and ungodly breakouts of acne all over.

My question is has anyone else experienced menstrual symptoms becoming progressively worse as time goes on with Mirena? I’m just curious as to what other women have experienced with it. I am honestly contemplating getting mine out and switching to a different IUD soon if it doesn’t level back out soon.
