i dont feel pregnant anymore

so i found out i was pregnant the day after my missed pd with my rainbow baby but this week has been the worst week, so first i fell on my stomach n now i have a toothache n my face swollen up plus my boyfriend n i have been arguing a few days now,i have a doctor's appt soon but they cant give me anything sooner n the dentist wont see me until my doctor gives the ok, this app says im 6 weeks n 4 days n i haven't bleed or had bad cramps but my boobs dont hurt anymore n i just dont feel pregnant anymore im sad n scared cause im not sure i can go through ANOTHER MC,i dont know wat to do or think
