CD 19 and still no surge!!!

I’m so frustrated 😫😡 this is only my second month using OPKs and 3rd month TTC. Last month I never got a surge (and was testing 2-3x/day beginning at cd 10) and went out of town without DH so I stopped testing after cd 19. I’m hoping that maybe I just ovulate later in the cycle but then again if I ovulated late wouldn’t I still need 10 days for implantation before AF? If I did ovulate after cd 19 then there would only be at most 8 days before AF showed up last month😡 I just don’t know what’s going on and I’m scared I may not be ovulating even though I have pretty regular periods. HELP!!! 😫😫😫
