Chart help
My cycles have been all over the place last few months. I use the ava bracelet. I think I may have ovulated between cd 24-26 but not 100% sure as I didn't use opks or check cm. I had some brown spotting today (~12 dpo) but not sure if it could be ib or sign that af is coming. Any thoughts as to when or if I ovulated? Thanks in advance.
