Need some advice about mil in labor room UPDATE

Jenny👨‍👩‍👧‍👧🍁❤️

Okay let me start by saying I love my MIL but me and my SO have been together a little over two years now and she lives in another state and she’s only been down here three times...so I’ve only seen her in person those three times other than that we text every now and then and what not but I’m not fully comfortable around her just yet. The last time she came around my anxiety was through the roof and she would randomly rub my belly without asking or anything and it just got to me. So I’m due in July and she is coming down, this is her first grandbaby and I know she’s super excited and I asked her to be in the room when I deliver along with my SO and my mom but since I’m not completely comfortable around her I don’t want her look at my vagina the entire time I’m pushing, I’d rather he be up by my head. I haven’t spoke to my SO about it just yet and I want to and I need to say something to her as well but she’s extremely sensitive and takes things the wrong way so I just need some advice on how to bring it up to her and to my SO. Thanks in advance

UPDATE

So finally talked to my man about this whole situation and he completely understood my side and said he will keep her in check as he says lol and keep her by my head and if she can’t then he will get her out. If for some reason I just get to stressed and uncomfortable I’m gonna let the doctor or nurse be the bad guy. I don’t know why I have so much anxiety around her but even when she was down here and I knew she was on her way over I would start to panic
