What’s going on with my body?!?

Okay ladies. So I have a two year old, I could tell I was pregnant the week I conceived him. Well we’re trying to get pregnant again. I was on BC pills for about a month, I’ve stopped taking them about two weeks ago. Usually in the past I got my period the day after I stopped taking them. We are having unprotected sex, trying to get pregnant. I’ve taken test after test. No baby. No period. Nothing.I’m constantly throwing up. Migraines. All pregnancy symptoms. Helpppp. I just want a baby.
