What’s going on? Am I pregnant?

I’ve had leg aches, back ache, pressure in my vagina standing up pushing down a few days ago. Me and my boyfriend have been TTC and been intimate around my fertile window and ovulation time, and yesterday and today I took a test it was a faint positive. Day before Yesterday I took the test early in the afternoon, and this morning because last night I was lightly spotting with slight cramp but couldn’t lay on my stomach. So now it’s heavier (no clots) but it doesn’t feel like I’m on my period which is due in 3 days.
