I think I am having a miscarriage

I am about 6 weeks along. Last period was 3/20

Pretty sure we conceived on 4/6

I went for blood work on Thursday to check my HCG levels and was told they were in the 40’s and that it was pretty low. I went again yesterday but won’t know the results until tomorrow.

Just about 20 minutes ago I went pee before I jumped in the shower and there is blood when I wipe. At first it was pink and then after my shower it was a bit brighter. I am also cramping

I am not “spotting” yet but I am keeping an eye on it. I went through this 7 years ago before I had my son. I don’t know if I can go through this again. We want this baby so bad
