Anyone get a BFP without any “symptoms”?

I feel like everyone is symptom hunting and I’ve got nothing going on.

Same. Absolutely no symptoms but missed period  with my first pregnancy

Zero until about 6 or 7 weeks then BAM symptoms.  Only thing I noticed with the positive test was cramping. Kept thinking I was getting my period but I was really 5 weeks pregnant. This was 2 years ago and hoping for it again!
