Implantation bleeding?

I didn't have my phone so I couldn't take a picture and I really didn't think anything of it honestly but about a week ago I wiped after I peed and there was very little blood specks and a small blood streak mixed with some clear discharge.. Is that what implantation bleeding is like? I have PCOS so I don't know when I ovulate if at all, but I haven't had a period since March 7th-11th.. I took a test on April 18th and it was negative, but this blood discharge happened after my negative test.. Any advice?
