loseing weight wile working in fast food.
hi. this is very long but I need advice so for the past 4 months I have been working at the way of subs (what we call it when posting online) an hour away from home. now everyone thinks that everything there is healthy and it should be a breeze. not true. unless you eat nothing but veggies every day most of there sandwiches are almost if not just as bad as most fast food restaurants. for the 4 years before that I worked at a gas station where I ate mostly fryed food, microwave burgers, and milkshakes. not to mention the energy drinks, soda, and free coffee all day. so since leaving have cut out most of the soda energy drinks and extra coffee and started drinking a lot of water. and obviously my diet is better now that it includes real meat ( I usually stick to chicken) and veggies. but it also tends to include a couple cookeis. the hardest thing for me is eating more than once a day. I haven't eaten breakfast on a regular basis since I was 16( I'm 24) so I started drinking breakfast smoothies. this has helped me start to feel hungry earlier in the day so I tend to actually eat lunch and then eat again for dinner where before I would go all day without eating and then eat junk from the store when I got out. another problem I have is I leave my house at 10 am drive an hour and I don't get home till about midnight. I get two days off but I spend them cleaning and doing errands that have been left all week. ( my husband and I work together and work the same days but different hours) sometimes we do only get one day off. I don't have time to go to a gym. any advice about eating better on the run or finding workouts I can do in my little fee time would be great. thanks everyone!
