Can I workout while I’m pregnant? Obviously not anything too crazy

Of course you can. I worked out 5 days a week through all 40 weeks of pregnancy. I made zero changes to my workout. I still ran 5 miles every morning and did all my normal weight lifting. It’s so good and inporganf to keep up those habits.

Normally you can do any exercise you did before you got pregnant. You can even start working out even if you didn’t before just be very careful and take it slow. Mostly check with your doctor.

Yes exercise during pregnancy is usually encouraged, unless you have complications. There are a lot of benefits to exercise during pregnancy for both you and baby. Talk to your doctor, but you should be able to continue your normal workout routine, although you may need to make a few modifications. And as always listen to your body, don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right.
