Contractions for hours after sex

It’s been 6 or 7 hours and they’re still at least every 10 minutes and painful. Bearable and not too bad, but for sure not BH. I know these are actual contractions since I have a toddler and have experienced labor contractions. I’m 36+3 so just wondering what point I should get nervous about these going somewhere. Or am I just going through all this pain and discomfort for nothing right now? It was lovely, but not worth 7 hours of pain!! Ughhh. More just venting and looking for some commiseration.
