Help! - Long

I’ve been TTC for 4 years unsuccessfully (took a couple mini breaks) but haven’t been faithfully logging until about 8 months ago. At the end of last year I went and got a blood test, which was normal. My husband got a semen test- also normal. Then in March I got an hsg. On my first ovulation since I got what I assumed to be the stomach flu. I had really bad diarrhea (sorry!). So we BD’d during two very important days but not the whole week. I normally faithfully test when 9 dpo but I was on vacation and didn’t. My period came. It was lighter than normal but I still had one day or dark red thick blood. I took it as I was finally relaxed so my period must be calmer. Now this is my second cycle since hsg. We have BD twice. The day after the first time I noticed some blood mixed in my cervical mucus. Then the second time I also noticed a little blood. Yesterday I had horrible diarrhea again. Now this morning (48 hours after bd) I just wiped and there is more blood. It was more than the previous two times. Do you think the hsg caused a hormone resurgence or should I be worried?
