Ovulation test

Okay so here's my question. I had my Mirena taken out on Wednesday. I was ovulating this week. My chart said that I should be ovulating somewhere between Wednesday and Friday. My hubby and I tried to conceive on Wednesday after I had my IUD taken out. I was having all the normal signs of ovulation. And then this morning I had some very faint light pink spotting. I've heard that you can get spotting ovulation, but I wasn't sure if it was from having the IUD removed. so I took a ovulation test and I got a faint line next to the control line. Is it possible to get a faint line after you've ovulated?
