Other uses for breastmilk?
Dairy severely upsets my LO. I forgot and ate a wrap that had dressing that contained dairy.
I am bottle feeding from the freezer stash and pumping to get it out of my milk. I don’t want to dump it though as that seems so wasteful. Any good ideas for breastmilk outside of feeding it to baby? I’ll have about 10 ounces I can’t feed LO.
