Tick bite 😩

My 16 month old had a tick on her. Right under her ear. It was SO tiny. I am sort of freaking out. It was during bath time that I found it. I pulled it off (not knowing it was a tick- I thought it was a crumb). We saved it, but it looks like there is still something in her skin- like a splinter. Ugh I am freaking out- I am thinking the worst. My sister has chronic Lyme and I am just scared now my baby has contracted some horrible disease 😩. My plan is to take her to the doctor tomorrow afternoon. Any advice or insight would be helpful/comforting. Thank you!
