Help . Pic attached

What is this . Its all over my right leg and its pussing an bleeds they are itchy . I don't believe their bed bug bites because their starting to appear on my left leg and right arm. And on my right leg they are appearing at all different times even while im outside or something. Some one says spider bites but i doubt it because it happens even when im just sitting home or even walking or eating etc. I'm beyond scared i dont know what it is.
