Paint or spray painting ok?

I want to buy a dresser and paint it because it needs fixing. But is it ok for me to paint it, being 18 weeks pregnant?

No on the spray paint. Get a low voc paint and work outside so you're not breathing anything bad in. Also make sure you're wearing a mask in case you're sanding the dresser down as you don't know what you could be breathing in.

I wouldn't spraypaint but they make low voc latex paint that is pretty safe.
