Let's get this straight
No pun intended.
-- I see people saying that they can't express their views on this new gay marriage law without getting shamed and ridiculed for not liking the law.
-- This needs to be addressed. If I were to feel the need to make a post saying "I disagree with the Christian lifestyle and their beliefs." I'd pretty much NEED to back that up by further saying "but I don't hate Christians themselves. I just personally don't like their lifestyle."
-- You need to do this if you don't wanna get spammed with hate messages from Christians. Same goes for the gay marriage law. If you say "I hate this new gay marriage law and I disagree with their lifestyle" back it up with "but I don't hate gays. I just personally disagree with their lifestyle."
-- Granted, I'm not sure why anyone makes posts anywhere like this unless they're just trying to start an argument or feel the overwhelming need to express their opinion on something that won't be changed.
But if you're going to make a post expressing your dislike for any specific groups lifestyle, or laws surrounding a specific group, then fully express that you don't actually hate them. Unless you do, in which case, you're just asking to get hate spammed.
