bipolar depression & PMS
so I'm going to be honest here... the last few days it has seemed like EVERYTHING was going wrong, and I've been feeling suicidal on and off. I couldn't figure out what was going on?! I have bipolar depression, so I blamed that and a few things not going the way I wanted them too on my feelings. looked at my eve app and tada! my period is due in 4 days. I think I should definantly talk to my doctor, but it Is CRAZY how much PMS affects my mood!
