Dark hole.

So I’ve been spotting for about a week it started out brownish and just the other day I noticed it starting to get a bit red, so yesterday I went to the hospital and after spending the whole day there they told me they saw my baby but couldn’t detect a heartbeat.

It was literally the worst day of my life , they told me I just have to wait and let the miscarriage happen. I just feel myself falling into such a dark hole and I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get out of it . I was 8 weeks and 5 days.
