How do you stop disappointment?
Or maybe reduce? I missed my period this month but also did a couple months ago. I’m having mild ovarian cramps and some bloating. We last TTC on the 22nd so it’s too soon to test but I’m just hoping I’m pregnant and don’t have some kind of health issue. I’ve been tested for PCOS before and hoping I just ovulated a little later or something and there was actually a chance to be pregnant. I always talk myself into thinking I’m definitely pregnant and then I get a BFN. How do you girls TTC keep your hopes grounded? 😔
