Is it normal 🤔

So last "cycle" I felt PG the whole time. I had two seperate occasions of feeling wet by the nips(I wasnt) but I gave a gentle squeeze and leaked what looked to be colostrum. Had all the classic signs: lower back pain, heartburn, appetite changes, nausea, and where tf did that super gag reflex come from 😷😷🤣🤣

But AF came. Super light 1st day, heavy 2nd day, light for two more days. That ended yesterday.

Here I am today, currently dealing with slight nausea and a headache. I have brown stretchy cm which is odd post-period for me. Still having twinges in breast and ovary areas. I cant make it to the store yet because my child refuses to stop swimming with her ponies in the bathroom tub 🤦

Has anyone had this before? I'm thinking hormonal imbalance maybe? Because I'm sooo tired of POAS 😂
